William Bohn, NSA’s Newly Appointed Vice President of Acquisitions, Plans To Leverage Data to Build a Stronger Acquisitions Model
Tamara Fischer, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, commented, “We’re excited to announce Will’s appointment to Vice President of Acquisitions. Will has been a key contributor to NSA since joining the firm in 2015, serving most recently as the leader of our Data Science team. His in-depth knowledge of NSA combined with his prior experience in acquisitions will enhance the execution of the robust deal flow that we are seeing in the market.”
NSA prides itself on being different from the traditional REIT. Storage industry Acquisitions Teams don’t usually benefit from the experience and knowledge of some of the other key departments in the company that drive performance. Will’s background in operations, data science, revenue management, and acquisitions brings a more holistic perspective to NSA’s overall strategy.
Will plans to “leverage the data behind what runs [NSA’s] revenue management analytics and feed that into an acquisitions model.” NSA’s future growth through acquisitions is something to watch with Will’s influential voice on the team.
Will’s efforts complement the benefits from NSA’s differentiated Participating Regional Operator (PRO) structure, whereby its ten PROs serve as regional acquisition teams, leveraging their deep industry relationships and local market knowledge to fuel acquisition volume.
